Website and hosting

The website is operated using Wix.com Ltd. and related service providers. Visits involve processing technical information such as IP address, time, pages requested, browser and device information. This supports content delivery, security, troubleshooting and technical usage statistics. Wix also uses cookies and similar storage technologies. The linked notices below provide information about Wix, its service providers and their processing.

Contact form and email

Name, email address and message are required in the contact form; a telephone number is optional. Wix processes and stores these details in connection with your enquiry and forwards them to welcome@dandaniell.ch so that we can respond. Access is available to the people responsible for handling the enquiry and the technical providers involved. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Spotify and YouTube thumbnails

A Spotify player is embedded in this website. Its technical connection to Spotify can begin when the page loads, before you open the music control or play music. Spotify receives technical connection and usage information; association with a Spotify account depends on your login and Spotify settings. The three video thumbnails under ‘More Lulu’ are loaded from YouTube or Google. This gives that provider your IP address and technical request information. Videos themselves open through external links. The Spotify and Google privacy notices linked below also apply.

External links, game and orders

Links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, the web game, restaurant offers and booksellers lead to independent services. Their privacy policies apply after you open them. This policy does not cover processing within the external web game. This website currently has no direct shop, payment processing or customer accounts.

Cookies and your choices

Wix and embedded third-party services use cookies or similar technologies for technical functions, security, preferences and usage information. Your browser lets you control, delete or block cookies and restrict third-party content. This can limit parts of the website, the contact form or music playback. Spotify and Google settings also affect their processing. Hiding the player does not undo connections that have already occurred.

Recipients, international processing and retention

Technical providers process data to deliver the functions described here. Wix works with companies and subprocessors in locations including Israel, Europe and the United States; Spotify and Google also process data internationally. Their linked notices explain locations and contractual safeguards. We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the request, subsequent correspondence or statutory retention requirements. Providers’ own rules also govern their retention of technical data.

Your rights

Swiss data protection law applies, together with the GDPR where applicable. You may request access, correction or deletion and exercise other rights granted by applicable law. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Contact welcome@dandaniell.ch. Statutory retention obligations may prevent immediate deletion. You may also contact the competent data protection authority, including the FDPIC in Switzerland.
